Excuse #1: I don’t have the time right now. Yes, people are incredibly busy today, but that’s no excuse to avoid having work done on their vehicle. Many auto service centers can offer loaner vehicles so there is really no lost time getting the work done.

Excuse #2: It’s not a major problem right now.
